Getting the most out of your appointment largely comes down to preparation. The following take minutes but make a real difference.

Bring a picture

Words mislead: "a little shorter" means something different to everyone. Two or three photos say both what you want and what you do not.

Come as you are

Do not style your hair right before the appointment. Seeing it in its natural state tells us how it behaves day to day.

Share the history

Previous colour, highlights, keratin or perms directly affect the result, especially when lightening. Roughly when it was done is enough.
